GIII - a portfolio of projects
Refering to the NR from mid September : " Discussions with several banks and private equity groups are simultaneously underway for our projects’ portfolio. "
As far as I know , this is the first time that GIII management publicly refers to multiple projects. Before that all project related info was limited to the Bowden project in Alberta.
Taking into consideration the very high probability of the announcement of multiple offtakes and the big volumes ressorting from these offtakes, it is no more than logical that GIII will need to bring into production multiple additional projects to cover the contractual volumes.
As a consequence the expected related EBITDA and FCF numbers will need to be reviewed as a basis for the valuation of GIII even in a preproduction situation.
So far , Mr Market is looking to GIII as an interesting clean energy company with only one and a small potential near production asset in Alberta.

Love the developement. It has been a long haul. Looking forward to hearing about movement in financing and of multiple offers. Who will lead the charge and how is the story getting out? A concerted, professional campaign befitting the weight and importancce of offtake agreements to be mounted to garner best possible deal?
