Google Base Oil Prices and found

Base Oil market expect to grow to $35B and there is a big demand for it. Also noted was the the big players increased the cost of oils by $0.25 to $0.30/gal in Nov 2020 then again in Dec 2020.

Also noted that base oil prices went up in April 2021. bp is trying to play catch up to others including Aramco.

Once Regen III get going this could be in the double digits SP in my opinion. With expected output from both plant to be approximately 8000bpd the price is a buy and worth taking a chance.
