Short Sales?
Anyone have short sales info for August? Canadian Insider shows 0 for July.

Don't worry the same guys who were selling stock just before the announcement at $2.49 to $2.95 will be the ones getting the stock in the offering at around $2.00. Con man and scum bag game.

Good call bigdog. I'm surprised they priced it at $2.05. ~20% discount to last close, but I thought they'd go much lower, so not too bad. Probably explains the runup in price over the last 3 weeks. It will be interesting to see how the price holds when we resume trading.... oh, $2.02. Not great. Hopefully they'll step in to support the price with some purchases.

I would think/hope the new shares are in strong hands as there is no hold on the shares. Only half warrants so less incentive to sell all & just hold the warrants. I'd like to know how much was sold to insiders & to industry professionals.

I'm OK with pricing it at $2.05. Maybe some of those sales were shorts, during the rise in price, to de-risk buying at the $2.05 placement price. Hard to say. As long as they don't drop the placement price between now and the closing. Has anyone contacted the company to see if they can get in on the placement? Any response?
