IMO this was also certainly an event on the agenda which has to happen before any steps made public regarding Romero.  Also noted by Rose7654 on ceo.ca 'all political party meeting today is led by the VP— the same VP that if I’m not mistaken visited SJM yesterday. ... gotta love the promises from the various levels of politicians, and I hope they whispered in the fine print that all the infrastructure additions, improvements, etc will require HARD CURRENCY $$$$, not dineros... ergo Gente, we need to build a gold mine...and Luis wants 2 mln oz/annum!
