You've got that right POD! It'll drop on no news as it always has. The Day Traders play their little games...like manipulating the share price with a 12 share purchase! LOL! Just watch them at 3:59:59!!! They seem to often mess with the price. Good news is nothing has changed. The DR Govt has publicly stated that Romero is a go. Support at many other important levels from Mayor of San Juan ...more
