Hey Krishak! I believe the protest involves the people of San Juan marching on foot to GQC CEOs town to Azua? They WANT the environmental studies. They've had enough They want the science to show them. I think there also was a little protest of about 10 people against it. I may be wrong., but I feel the CEO Santana mentioed that he was a Dominican first. He stated he's taken on this Romero

Thanks Katoriff1: You are exactly right about Santana, he had the courtesy to call me back last week, after I had tried, ubsuccessfully to reach him in the DR. It will be most telling to see how well supported, or not, is the rally against GoldQuest that Bautista has planned for Oct.29.

He seems to take a genuine interest in hearing from GQC shareholders. Him returning your call is great to hear! I think there was an article last week where he stated Bautista was "only doing his job" representing that portion(small as it may be) of his supporters in San Juan. I thought that added to his credibility as our new GQC CEO. I think people are well aware of Bautistas past. He
