dmocnik , to the right of Sr . Luis is Hipolito Mejia .He was Prez of the DR from 2000 to 2004 I think . He  became the  Goodwill Ambassador for Sustainable Agricultural Development of the Inter  American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture . To his right is his daughter Carolina . She is the FIRST woman Mayor of Santo Domingo , ever ! The rest are local I think .

This is a big deal ! Hipolito Mejia , as former Prez of the DR was spoke about by the current Prez when he recieved this title . His commitment to the land and support for GQC tells us that things are about to change .
