Jeff, any idea when PREPA will share Matrix results w/GRB?

During the last PREPA videoconference they seemed as about as confident as they get that they would have the Mckinsey matrix results before the end of the year. And that they would go forward with the initial 150MW despite the possibility of more PPA's being granted if/when the FOMB caves.

I'm a patient long, but I have to admit, some good news would be nice to have during this meteoric rise in the solar sector. As such, do you think that they will notify all the candidates of the results as soon as they get them, possibly even before the end of the year?

PartlyCloudy .. They have had the results for a long time. Lot of things I cannot say in terms of why and who. My hunch is they make an expanded group to those that have a starting price at 9 cents and under. The escalator to 14.1 still applies, but we satisfy the IRP that Natalie refers to by being at 8.95 rather than 9. There is magic in the whole number 8 even with a decimal point ...more
