Schneps ...

Schneps ...

Nice try !

1) I can never myself, and no one else can ever defame you as your real identity is still hidden for now. As TeamEddie said in principle: "Lets us know who you really are if you are a real man or a person with dignity and integrity".  Stop hiding like a little squirmy weasel.

2) There is No $80,000 options.  If we issued shares and the value was $80,000 then yes, but 2 MM options were issued at $0.04 and the stock is currently $0.02.  So there is no $80,000.
Any judge can understand that.  The options were issued as an advisor to Captiva on real estate issues as it relates to the 36,000 square feet of buildings Captiva owns in New Brunswick.  Yes, all large billion dollar real estate family offices can multi-task and handle many dossiers and projects at the same time.

There is NO $80,000 value, so do the math and learn to count to 10.

Jeff, can the Greenbriar/Ciachurski legal damages account be dispersed in a dividend? No matter the amount, I want to buy something very special.

Well hopefully the 36,000 sq feet might be converted to condos or maybe a hosiery factory. What do you think. Three season of cannabis operations have apparently been enough of a bust that the company may as well move in a different direction. Again. ...and again. ...and again. Unfortunate the joint venture didn't seem to work out. Looking for some upside on your next venture. Good luck

Help me understand what is the point to buy a real estate company right now ?  Now after the fed meeting ,  the house market already falling apart and heading to a even worse Disaster. Worst timing to sell houses , and worst timing to buy house for anyone with little common sense .  It is nightmare  for real estate.  And Who going to buy sage ranch with a 180million ...more

In my assumption, very Soon house panic sale trend gonna wipe the entire America , average price will drop at least 20-30% . And another two feds meeting upcoming this year , it will only get worse .

If I'm the ceo of the grb , instead of wasting time in real estate at this moment  , I would rather  take the advantage of the biggest clean energy bill in America history , try it's best to get as more solar project contract as possible . Why just focus on Montalva ?  Why Grb can not get any other solar contract?  better start to make some phone call now , get some ...more

Letsmakemoney9, Time's not wasted in real estate here at all by GRB IMO... From Norada's September, 19 update: 'Despite a slower growth rate in the year's second half, the California median home price is expected to rise 9.7 percent to $863,390 in 2022, representing a significant increase from the yearly median of $786,750 in 2021.' https://www.noradarealestate.com/blog ...more
