Part of the judgement
" Judge Acquisto also concurred with the water district that the city did not hold a scoping meeting before beginning the EIR and said that would be required before future environmental analysis. A scoping meeting allows the public and other agencies to help shape the environmental review. "
It would seem that the new EIR might not be completed in the next few weeks as some have suggested. And considering the company refuses to update their shareholders on the path forward, the only reasonable conclusion I can make is that it will take much longer to get Sage going than the cheerleaders will acknowledge.

Whenever someone uses an adjective to try and ease expectations it should be a red flag. The use of the word tiny in the Dearlol post set off some alarm bells

He forgot to add "we hope" lol. Hope is a strategy full of waiting around and doing nothing . The true passive investment.

shneps How much $ in the till. Do they have a line of credit or a bank loan to draw on? Those purchases of water rights from insiders are non refundable so that's all money down the drain it looks like I never had any hope for Sage not because of water, but becuse of 8 or more other individual reasons. I wonder what Chris Harvey is making of all this?

Hard to understand the situation otherwise, although I sure would like to hear exactly how posters like Dearlol have come to their conclusions. But all we get is excuses and personal insults, which says everything.

Ooops. It appears that Dearlol should be a little more careful about what they post?
