Montalva Update

It appears that the legal counsel for PBJL Energy (since 2021) has resigned from the case.

PBJL has sent numerous letters to the PREB since October 2023 requesting theh PREB approve the final agreement, apparently with no avail.

PREPA is also requesting the case against PREPA be dismissed with prejudice. This project is not going anywhere! Like all of head bottlewasher projects are the type you throw against the wall !! But nothing he touches sticks! The WIND story is history! He can't use that as any guide for investors to follow now ! The failure to get anything over the goal line is now playing out! Very sad!

Is Luis Baco (albeit a lawyer) merely a lobbyist for Greenbriar?
