Just heard from Puerto  Rico.   Months and months away if ever.  Basically no movement since last October.

Located next to the town where Montalva is planning their solar plant is this UN recognized reserve. This park has been set aside for 100 years for birds, mammals, reptiles and sea life.  Will Montalva require environmental approvals?  https://www.discoverpuertorico.com/article/visit-guanicas-dry-forest

My question isn't some big set up question or at least it shouldn't be.  This is a basic fundamental question you GRB owners must have asked about in your chats with Jeff.  You've had 10 frichin years to ask about needing environmental approvals!!!!!!!!!!!

They can't apply for environmental approvals for the project without having a fully approved PPOA. The environmental groups are waiting in the background but they have been denied fighting for something that doesn't have an approval yet. If the PPOA gets approved by the PREB it still needs to be approved by the FOMB. Still requires an interconnection study by LUMA. Will have to apply to ...more
