Money ran out long ago,

so I have no idea how they are paying the bills.
Apparently they never paid PWR the installment that was due to seal the deal for Sage, so PWR apparently once again owns 50% of it, whatever that is worth.

With no news from the company, how can anyone assume anything but the worst?

Relative to the percentage PWR could potentially get for 50% of the net profits there now becomes a lot of variables that can occur. 1. PWR has put up virtually all the money for the purchase and development costs of Sage Ranch.
