I don't get a warm and fuzzy with this currently as Ciachurski has gone absolutely silent since the court judgement four months ago. He has always been able to put some kind of spin on even bad news in the past. He either has nothing positive for this year or the majority shareholders have put a kibosh on his public speaking.

He really has never stayed silent for this long as far as i can remember. Either he has a really big rabbit to pull out of his azz, or this is going a lot lower.

They apparently provided the PREB with their PPOA agreement in July.  No word yet. As Strasser stated though they don't have an expectation of getting anything put through this year. Maybe.

I'll bet you none of the contractors listed under GRB Montalva contractors know they're a contractor.

Very difficult to find a decent review of these poor quality workmanship and poor quality material builds. Everything is cheap, cheap, cheap. Greenbriar approached the City and told they would not be building cheap quality homes like you find in Lancaster/Palmdale. Well, congratulations Tehachapi for growing up to the big leagues.  No sorry moving down to the minor leagues. Welcome to

Is this really the kind of housing the city of Tehachapi wants? Is this really the kind of housing GRB claimed to be building at Sage Ranch? Looks like things are getting worse, not better, for GRB shareholders.
