Sage Ranch developer has court date Oct. 1

The developer of the proposed Sage Ranch residential project in the city of Tehachapi is expected to be in Kern County Superior Court Oct. 1 for a hearing on a motion by Stuart B. Nacht to add the development company’s chief executive officer, Jeffrey Ciachurski as a cross-defendant.

If accepted by the judge tomorrow these will be some very significant allegations being brought against Ciachurski. As in the Captiva Verde/ Solargram case where Ciachurski is directly connected to the case and not just the "company". This would place Ciachurski directly responsible for what has occurred within the business and not merely a CEO working with the board of directors under

That along with what that visit from SVEN friends from across the pond will bring to light after their investigations into matter of record! Many unresolved things still outstanding with statements made by head bottlewasher ! Just a start to very interesting month!!

You've obviously missed out on a lot lately: - GRB actually has a definitive contract with VOYA for supplying the $41M and they've posted this on Sedar. - They've received their "yellow report" (after (4) years) that actually allows them to take non-refundable deposits on homes. - They received their building permits and have begun off site infrastructure back in April. -
