"Caleb Leavitt: I am the one who sent the notices pout and applied for the proposal. In between that time, we learned some info that lead us to reconsider the proposal for now. There is no proposal up for debate tonight. We need to revise it and get some things done. I do want to hear concerns. I know we can’t hear from everyone. I apologize for the confusion. I will gladly give you my phone number. I want to hear and address the concerns.
Davis: What your revised proposal would be.
Caleb: As of now, I can’t for sure.

Apparently the information I found is related to a portion of Greenbriar's Project so you will see below the facts as laid out in an email from Jeff Ciachurski. "To save Greenbriar money on legal fees for suing you for defamation here is the facts, the Cordero Development plan fully approved is for 6,726 units and is in full force and effect. Note in the following Cedar City zoning map dated December 2nd 2024 the Cordero Master Planned Development, then refer to the legend in the bottom right corner and this -  * These Zones have been Repealed and are no longer available as a zone within Cedar City for future development. Jeff's email stated the Cordero Agreement and its approval to build 6,726 units is currently in "full force and effect". Strange that Leavitt Construction were moving ahead on their own with trying to get the zoning density increased without Greenbriar. Considering that is exactly what Greenbriar would have to do for the building density increase they apparently have proposed and ...more
