Latest Press Release

Why doesn't Aaron Archibald step up into CEO and take things over.  They need to be looking to LINDENDAQ:LIN to buy this tech over - creates and/or expands upon industry that they can supply the CO2 for - massive potential new market that they would have the global capability of bringing this tech forward to quickly.
Sell tech + CO2 supply as a package

So much for CO2 GRO then. Has the Board been misleading us all? They surely must have known long ago that this would end up as a dead horse. Why then raise new funds many many times? Didn't they create hope and expectations with long-term investors like US by doing so? Yes, I lost lots and lots or money. A total write-off it is and I will take my loss, that's how the world turns. However ...more

What happens to the income from the remaining pay as you go installations?  There's some revenue still coming in.  Are the Board members paying themselves as the exit out the back door?

Thx for that Longholder. In the previous regimes continued lack of information or maybe disinformation??? here they come out with a new name with same vision....out of the blue??? Now we have to guess what the outcome of CO2 grow has become. I don't believe they can lawfully just form a new company and take all assets from CO2 grow. Soooooo are they doing an RTO??? Which would make sense I ...more

I have emailed Aaron with that same question.  Will see if he responds.

It is strange that they come out with a new video with a new company name without closing out the old company. Is it even legal. I guess they must be in advanced stage of rebranding the name. I suppose they would need to do so as quick as possible as they do have contracts out. They at least have to let the customers know that they haven't been left to dry. Question is are they going to leave ...more

When I saw the video a couple days ago I commented about GRO. I asked if they were dropoing GRO starting over with a new name, and if so what do all the shareholders do about their money they have invested. Next day my comment was deleted and they turned off commenting for the vid.

I live in the Netherlands so I have no idea how these kinds of things are legally arranged in the US.  But it seems to me that this course of action is at the very least reprehensible and perhaps even punishable.  Unless the company files for bankruptcy.  Perhaps Archibald owns the rights to the technology and can just start a new company? Is there anyone on this forum that has a ...more

Can't find anything that specifically outlines if they could close up shop completely, reissue as a new company, and leave us all high and dry. They turned the comments off on that single video but if they did this I know I would be all over the new company ringing the alarm bells. Did find this for Aaron/Dil's apparent new company "C-Stainable", within the agtech space appears ...more

I smell a Class Action if they try to move forward with a private entity that just uses the same tech and exploits the sales pipeline that CO2Grow shareholders supported with their investment.   Probably over a thousand shareholders.

Anyone report this to the OSC yet?  May be worth making the regulator do something if there is something to be done.

Pumping the tech so it can find a buyer. Proceeds will go to CO2 Grow shareholders.
