"Judge Leonard Stark, who is overseeing the case, has declined to consider Venezuela's payment proposals, the people said. It is unclear if he would reconsider with the highest offer in the initial bidding round covering only 14 of the 26 claims that he has accepted from 18 creditors"

GRZ is currently #13.  It's unclear whether or not this includes updated interest.

With Crystallex this week asking for another $700m in interest, and GRZ asking for another $100m (not to mention the possibility of more creditors doing the same), it could be very close.

I can't answer most of your questions. I can tell you Camac is stil buying so with the iliquidity of this stock, the bid/ask spread can be very large which can show an artifically high "last price" like we saw Thursday.
