Maybe, just maybe, it's starting to dawn on people that Reuters was WRONG (and didn't know what they were talking about) when they, multiple times, published that GRZ had dropped out of the bidding.

Seems CAMAC was buying more yesterday.

What surprises me is that Elliot's stink bid was even accepted.  They must really look down on the credit bids.  Where do we go from here?

I admit I was shocked at first. But, actually, you can see how it may have happened. If you're the Special Master (SM), you want to make the bid you recommend be SOLID. Doesn't matter if it's on the low side because there's going to be a topping-process auction to follow. And up the price will go. But as SM what you do NOT want is to recommend a higher bid where you might have ...more

For GRZ to top the bid, they'd need to do a cash bid.  Is that feasible?  Maybe Rivett has been working on that all along?

Court has said credit bids are okay. Remember, Judge Stark has the final word. NOT the SM.
