Financing should be done now
They needed funds to take more orders be completed in future. Noticed no new orders since september. Must have many on the go. I think this is the low point

Thesmartway1111: Sorry but the financing isn't done, otherwise you can bet your bottom dollar we would have seen a press release today. As I am sure you are aware the anticipated close date has come and gone, which was October 19th. Here's to hoping Monday morning has GateKeeper starting off our week with the press release that we have all been waiting for. GLTA

If you read the press release, they said they have received an extention from the exchange. They anticipate it closing on or before October 19th. There could be some interesting terms which has caused the delay but there was no drop dead hard date in the Press Release. The extention with the exchange could be end of Month or into November.

Either way is technical issue. If they extended need Pr. At least we can pick up more cheap shares.
