Why would an investor upsize from 5MIL to 6.5Mil if they were not extremely interested in completing the financing. Also the most recent press release used the phrase "additional processing time" which would seem to me to indicate continuing commitment to close. Last point is the investors are non-Canadian and could possibly be European or others with an interest in marketing the product overseas. My 2 cents.

In an email correspondence with Doug yesterday, there is no indication from the group that the financing will not close by Dec.1. While one would have to admit this has been a mess and that all wr can do is speculate why, I believe it will go through by Dec.30 which is the GSI quartet end. While I have suffeted and speculated with everyone on this deal, some things are out of our control and will
