There is absolutely nothing:
To say, ''WHEN'', a material change has to be reported .This thing could have fallen apart weeks ago. --Doug could come out Tues with a positive ,glossy N/R highlighting a couple of contracts, and (maybe) the fact the TD l.o.c has been increased, and in ONE LINE in the middle of a muddled N/R ,say the previous potential financing is not being pursued, end of story. --No reason or time has to be given, only just minimal final notification, hidden in a N/R.--It does not smell good.

seriously?? the pandemic has nothing to do with wiring money from bank to bank and lawyers or brokers fedexing documents..i have yet to see a financing handled this way. completely unprofessional! dont throw out a bone of maybe november 20th... should have just said december 1.. if it closes early great if not you dont look like a dummy again.

Definitely a major disappointment . We’ll see what the next news release says but I’m of the opinion that the damage has been done . Unless there is some closure I’m planning on cutting my losses and moving on . The markets are rocking and I can reinvest elsewhere . Sad really .

Its hard to blame Doug if the deal doesn't come through. These investors were probably not well prepared for this and Doug didn't see this coming. In any case I hope this is investigated if the deal fails as it would be highly suspicious and perhaps tampering with the stock market rules.

The market has you by the balls now. Forget about the next week or next month. Do you really think the contracts will stop coming through because of the private placement blunder? Remember that in the long run it's Doug that will move the needle in the stock price and a patient investor will be buying here quite the opposite of your intentions.
