I doubt it ....it was brought down to this price and going farther...
Wondering what JamesW thinks about all this with his 2.5 million shares

A number of shareholders on this board have basically lost (on paper) anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands and a few over a million bucks.

I agree Naggy23; It's a good thing. For Dyment to grant 3 extensions indicates a sincere effort to fold these entities into GSI at the expense of alienating the shareholder base, - which it inevitably did. The subscriber’s failure to “get it together” has forfeited that privilege. Forthwith that business will move to the company’s backburner and no longer be allowed to distract it from its ...more

Fergus and Naggy have very thoughtful posts. I think it fell apart because they sought to renegotiate the terms.

Westcoast1000 It could very well be a reason , its Good Doug took a stand , for future business negotiations shows we have some integrity and backbone . I would not have liked another extension . it puts the ball in the funds court .it says in the NR they are actively trying to pursue the financing but i think like westcoast1000 said they probably tried to re negotiate the PP and Doug told them to ...more

If he had integrity/backbone, he would have given an ultimatum to the interested party earlier (instead of letting it drag 3 months) and been more transparent with shareholders...anyways, still holding to my shares and might add if it goes below 0.40

I think DD did nothing wrong and thought he was doing the right thing for both GSI AND the investors. Someone walks inyo your office and says"I want to buy 6.5m of  your $.63 shares for $1.00 and then have the right to buy another 6.5m for $1.10 because I love what you are doing and where you are going!" You know the shareholders will like it because it will carry the current up to  ...more

To my mind, there is absolutely no way that this goat rodeo came about without some malicuous intent on someone's part. Paperwork whoopsies happen to everyone, but 4 times in a row, with the SP predictably dropping each time? That's hostile action at that point. Im not accusing Doug and company of any shady deeds. I honestly think the GSI team were innocent of wrongdoing, and simply got ...more

Absolutely correct. The first thing Doug needs to do for transparency is to name the investors. Don't let them back in so it should be no issue in disclosing who they were. Cut the string on any dangled carrots.
