Who are those smart people paying one dollar?

  Scam artists that's who. I hope Doug comes clean at year end financials and discloses who these clowns are as I'm very suspicious right now. I believe Doug may be innocent in all this but I don't trust those private investors. If they are really serious about it then the financing could still be on in the imminent future. If not, then Doug should call them out.

I have emailed Doug some questions. Who are the pp participants? Was extensive DD done on the pp participants beforehand? Who determined the closing dates and why was the money not available before you're agreement? Are you doing an investigation on the trading activity and the pp participants or related parties? We as shareholders deserve a better explanation as to what went on don't we
