Never ending financing..

And than question Who paid double price and why?????

actually the PP investor faces a real delemma now. What if GSI lands a big transit contract or has a blow out QR and the SP gos to $1.25. Do they say we are finally ready for our $1 shares now. Doug will say try $2. What if another investor who has been watching on the sidelines sees an opportunity to move in now that the original investors are still out? Doug left the door open a crack the way I ...more

Good point, Davewho. As Doug has shown his willingness to do a follow-on at the right price, his phone might well be ringing at this time... and he might suddenly find himself, as they said in French, with "l'embarras du choix". The coming month will be interesting. Hen

This was just a PP and it fell through, not a takeover bid for the company that may have created more interest from additional suitors. If the investor was revealed and it was the likes of Johnson Controls, Siemens or Honeywell, perhaps someone wanted their foot in the door early, and an eventual takeover years down the road.  That's why the identity of the investor is more important ...more

Did you sell your shares, Ciao, and are looking for a better re-entry point? What position are you currently holding and how does it compare with what you had a month ago? Just wondering. Hen

Hen, No. No. It's larger now. Even bought more this morning , have enough of a position. BTW I called the one day reversal. Haven't sold any since I got most of my shares under 12. Just because a shareholder wants to present a more balanced posture it doesn't mean they want the stock to drop.  What's your story? Just wondering.

Thank you for your disclosure and honesty Ciao. I now view your posts today in the same light in which you describe them, as wanting to take "a more balanced posture". There is nothing wrong with that. My position is larger too. It now stands at 1 140 000 shares. I think we have now answere pd each other's "wonderment". LOL Cheers, Hen

We should spend our time wondering who the investor for the PP was. Seeing that Doug did not disclose for whatever reason, I sent the email to compliance atTSXV. Do I think Doug a seasoned executive got duped along with his BOD? Yes , based solely on the results, 4 expired deadlines over 3 months.  As I said, it lost 3 months of potential share price appreciation to which it could have hit $1 ...more

Pretty sure if it was honeywell or Johnson Controls there wouldn't have been a delay Its obvious in my mind it was a group fund of investors, the Big companies dont mess around like that and neither do they offer a premium like that . IMO ...
