This is the venture exchnage - different rules. 120 days from end of q4 is the rule.  Many venture companies I see follow that guideline.

The Gatekeeper business year ended on August 31th. Now 9,5 weeks have passed since then. Usually listed companies publish their full year report within 3 months, which would be November 30th at the ...more

If tariffs materialize, it won’t just affect GSI. Sure, precautions can be taken but longer term the additional cost (tariffs or more expensive domestic production) will be passed on to the end user.
