Dyment Family Trust was set up for personal family tax planning.  

It has over 6M shares out of the 13.3M He owns.  

So he transferred 500,000 to my children at their low tax rate given they are in college.  

It was tax planning and very smart for a bullish CEO with a company in growth.

There are People would rather post than call and seek out facts. I prefer not to pontificate, most days, but rather find a clear answer from a reputable source.  it's like using google for research versus using google scholar. One is open for anyone to post. The other is vetted, peer reviewed, and published.  hmmmmmmmmm.....

Who are these people you are refering to? I haven't once theorized about this transaction, I stated it's irrelevent to the operations of the business. But I'm glad to see you have nothing better to do with your evenings that there's time to chat with Doug about a press release that was quite clear and needed no interpretation.

   The last time there was a PP involving the owner, Doug, Bought a bunch of shares at 18 cents. Personally watched the 30 day window close, and bought at 23 on june 1 and away it went up in SP. This was thesecond small question that have asked in 8 months with a simple yes or no. Since tis is new, being a family trust changing positions, was curious if there is now a 30 day window that
