Share buy back?

Hard tro understand why we are still trading at these levels.  Maybe a share buy back would be in order?

What's hard to understand? Ultra-micro cap company trading at a 15-20 trailing PE? If the market valued companies based upon their future instrinsic value, then there would be no money to be made by investors like you and I. As for a buy back, while I love buy backs, they should only be done if other sources of increasing the companies earnings have been exhausted. Cheers!

So you want to do a share buyback with around 100m shares outstanding, marketing plans currently in play and record financials? Just to try and increase the SP? That is pretty shortsighted and provides little value to shareholders over the long term, in my opinion.

There are many reasons a share buy back is unlikely such as: - The company recently taking on a $3m LOC, why risk dipping into an LOC when investors monies do not incur interest. - The company welcoming the private placement which would result in a small form of dilution.  - We are at a stage of explosive growth so the companys equity would be better utilized in supporting contracts ...more
