What a pleaseant after market  surprise , especially after the last 2 days of gut wrenching turmoil. It appears that Doug never rests , the man  is like a human dynamo., quit is not an option as far as he is concerned and I am sure quit is not in his vocabulary. Damn we are so fortunate to part of this enterprise with  Doug as our leader. cudos to him.
