I'm trying to understand how this $2M contract works over 2 years. Mid-West is already an existing customer, they will recommend GSI's new products as options on their buses. Did they commit to buy $2M of product over 2 years. If sales take off in year one, they could easily purchase more product, so I'm thinking this as with anything else is a minimum purchase.

The consensus from most posters is that this is a minimum. Doug is humble, if anything, I think he plays down these NR's.
