RE: q2 Results, RE-Post
So, after all is said and done 3.6 mil in revenue Q2 2020 . While I am staying long ,I remain neither on the sell , nor the buy , just frustrated . My estimation, is that this upcomming Q puts an end to our Q over Q growth ,however thats not a huge crisis. My est is 2.6 mil rev ,with a loss that I do not know . --Q: Do we write down , all of ITSS ,or just work it down . Dont forget ,we temporarily acted 2 mil on the TD L.O.C to ramp up ITSS ,which we then subsequently paid off last Q . What will be done ?A staged write down ,or all in one Q , What was the cost of having our techs , and various bus staff at the N/E USA large bus dealer manufacturing brackets for ITSS 6 months ago for a significant period ,? What was the cost of setting up Ms Huidson , and staff ,to positions ,in order to sell 8 units to the BC amature golf association ? . Those questions I will have to find out . -----On the transit side ,its all about time as other posters report. I feel good down the road. Where and when a contract happens,we have no choice but to wait. --On the PaaS /SaaS Bus area,I feel good ,I think that works out . Bottom line for me is this Q ,we could see a loss from $270 g , to $1 mil ,depending if a wtiredown occurs.--If a writedown occurs ,it will not be on operating money ,just a paper write down ,so we have to see through that . Going forward ,we re-set ,ramp up SaaS , Increase our OEM sales , and now with a very strong board ,get into the transit contract mix.Going forward , I remain positive .

There's no question that ITSS was a Covid-sexy product but you seem awfully sure it's dead in the water. Seems to me like it's still useful technology post-Covid. It's certainly superior technology for its purpose. I suppose there's the question of whether riders and thus transit authorities will find it intrusive once the terror has subsided. Thoughts?

Doug was ready to pivot on this, realizing that the system could be used for facial recognition.
