Jaye Robinson , (TTC chair)  mentions , ''there is no way to secure or capture the license plate''.----    I am not sure if he is referring to physically removing a plate, or the inability to read the numbers on a plate. --If the latter is the case ,maybe someone should highlight this statement to our VP of sales ,and to Dyment in a quick memo.

The context was in the absence of cameras (current situaiton) they could not "capture" plate numbers.

I think what Jaye is referring to is the way it currently is with expecting the transit operator to be able to see the plate on the offending vehicle. With a camera it would be recorded and downloaded at end of shift. Sent to the enforecment bureau. A simple mto check and send the registered owner of the vehicle the offence notice. I'm sure it would be the same as the photo radar where there
