ALE Easter Egg in Investor Presentation (Link)

https://www.gatekeeper-systems.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Gatekeeper-Investor-Presentation-Aug-2021_.pdf

Page 7. Look at the photo in the top right. This is a picture from GSI's camera demonstrating the ALE capability of capturing a license plate. Notice the bus on the left of the picture? Very clearly SEPTA and a Penssylvania license plate. A pilot of the product is absolutely being done with SEPTA as we speak and a deal from them is on the horizon in my opnion. Doug has dropped quite a few hints around this deal. I think we could see a camera upgrade and an ALE contract around the same time for GSI from SEPTA.

This is my interpretation. Would be interested in what anyone else thinks. GLTA

I believe we will have ALE with the TTC streetcars.  TTC is huge and many other oportunities - subway and buses!

It trials / pilot programs can materialize into contracts, great.  It's just evidence that trials are taking place with SEPTA and the TTC. Seeing that the Easter eggs came early as it is only July, you wonder why the August presentation was put up on the website early.

I don’t want to speak for everyone but I think a lot of readers on this board believe Doug when he talks of things like ALE and our blossoming relationship with SEPTA.  If I didn’t genuinely believe we will get some blockbuster deals soon I’d be pretty annoyed by today’s financials.   Imo it’s just a timing thing. K-12 districts and transit agencies  will buy when they are ready ...more

If it works out, all these hints will be obvious in hindsight, but right now it's speculation. I'm sure more skeptical folks would call it worse things. Part of me is worried that GSI.V's is just using AI as a buzzword to entice investors who don't know any better. Personally, I'd much better appreciate seeing a demo video of GSI.V's software in action. I'm sure people ...more

We've learned second hand that Septa was "blown away" by ALE and Gatekeeper submitted a proposal just shy of $20Million to Septa.   TTC is I'm going to guess north of $10Million based on Septa proposal.  Funding is supposedly in place, just waiting for them to pull the trigger.  ALE will be a game changer for this Company.  Yes, I do believe there is fire ...more

Very unlikely. There no rational behind that.

To clarify from Doug's comments, there's a lot more contract news that is not being released.  I can understand that he doesn't want to blow a deal, especially after the private placement that fell through.   "The sales funnel has grown immensely.   The size and diversity of the contracts in our sales funnel is much larger than just 12 months ago.  & ...more

If he's talking about awarded contracts, then there wasn't anything that was significant making it into Q3.  Does it mean it's going into Q4 or is that DD just chatting it up? I didn't see anything in the NR saying that Q4 would be heavy on the revenue side.  Recall this from the Q2 earnings release, which I had questioned and IMHO is not happening this year. He appears ...more

I tend to agree.  I think Doug figured there would more  contracts in the back half.  I suspect that implied large  revenue will likely be later now, maybe the fall.  The septa meeting agenda will be our beacon.

I don't believe he was talking about awarded contracts.  Specifically says he's concerned about blowing a deal.  Agree, it does appear that he's overpromising and under delivering knowing what we know, as in what is official news, and financials not meeting expectations, hence the share price.  There's is no value in the share price for any potential future contracts ...more

Might be a weird detail to zone in on, but the "6/10/2021 15:04:34" timestamp on the SEPTA picture in the investor slides was strangely reassuring. There's definitely lots going on behind the scenes as you say
