Appproaching 5% of the company. They currently have bought 3.85 million since May 10, 2021.     5% = 4.5 million shares.  At 10% we would see a disclosure of who has been buying. Such "relentless" accumulation is doing nothing good for the stock price. To me this suggests Fidelity is simply acting as a market maker and is finding a way to sell through some other outfit. Unless someone can show me that Fidelity funds or some large institution is accumulating, I view Fidelity's action as inconsequential. Personally, I think what takes us out of this range

Since it began on May 10th, a total of 4.775 million shares. Over 5% of the company. However, as others have noted, they may be selling these under anonymous. There is no way to tell until the total hits >9 million net shares as this will represent greater than 10% and a disclosure of ownership will be necessary. Thanks RogersBulll.  I'm in agreement with Hen.  They are the MarketMaker, using Fidelity Clearing House and selling under anonymous.  It makes sense.  The price hasn't moved up at all from all these buys and seems to be an endless amount of shares to sell anytime we get moving.
