Q: What do think the odds are that there will be a move back into small caps?

We would say fairly good. The small cap performance divergence has been very high on an historical basis. We have seen some studies showing the group is cheaper (relatively) than it has been in 10 years. Q4 is often good for the sector.

Well... The move back into small caps is not for today... Except that I just added 25000 shares at 63 cts to my substantial position. Seems to me a great entry point for those who are on the sidelines,  Cheers, Hen

Me, too. Pulled the trigger @ .62 and of course it immediately hits .60.  Ah, well.  I expect it will come good as the fed money finally makes its way through.  I will treat these shares and some previous ones as traders.

Hen I think you did well to get those shares, Fidelity is scooping up most of the days trading thus far. Is this the start to the predicted market correction??? There has been a couple of signals in other stock sell offs last week, indicating this could be coming. So many of these microcap and smallcap names have already been beaten up since early in the year. If we are in the start of a market

Hi Tropicalsun, I personally think this is the END of the market correction. As you correctly observe, the micro cap sector has been beaten down for months, When the big caps finally fall like we've seen today, I think we're closer to a bottom, especially when the "publicized" news to scare the herds is some real estate company on China. Interesting discussion and I agree with your point. When large caps begin to fall we can expect a rotation possibly into small caps. On the other hand I think the small cap space will continue to trade sideways for the remainder of the year as tax loss season will keep a lid on the share price.  Im hopeful 2022 will be the year we see a nice rebound in the small cap space.  Only

The Venture Small Cap market ran up to new 6 year highs in the middle of February and that was the peak it has been down or trending down ever since. It would be nice if this could be the END of the Venture correction but the bigger stocks have not had a substantial correction and when they go down they usually take evrything else down with them. Asking to find out what is the status of potential contracts is now considered posting negatively.  LOL. I'll admit it, yes I'm hoping to buy more on a gap up when the event occurs.
