Trying to shake down ''ole Lucky',into submitting and selling .  Ah Socks  buying now, in what looks like quite a schrewd move, very timely,  ,just waiting to pounce as weaklings  exit. --------  Onto the response for KID2.---  Company has 28  business days to report any material corporate info, plus another 28 if the buyor of product changes the order there-in. ---DD , and  board do not have to make any announcement if a partner is on the way in (by way of  accumulating ) open market shares. When(if) the partner gets to a 10%  equity position, a PR (is) required within 5 business days of their last settlement  .If partner does not want 10% ,settleing for less, no PR is required,it's just termed an investor .  --If a partner was on way in with (newly issued shares), which is NOT the case , a PR is required immediately ------------  Gone fishing now : Best three days of the month, as per lunar charts . All good points Ramman1, -on disclosures and on the regulations regarding suitors buying shares on the open market. I subscribe to the new partner theory and have so for some time. That Dyment was courting such offers less than a year ago strongly suggests he is partial to that route. He may feel GSI needs to shed its skin for a larger size to meet the looming transit challenges he sees down the
