Fidelity 10% Ownership?

Fidelity must be at 10% ownership by now.  I wonder how many days the have before they have to announce who they are.

Since May, I see net buying of 8.735 million. 10% is equal to around 904k shares right now, so around 300k away. I still think this is a market maker and after crossing the threshold it is unlikely we see a disclosure of one owner. If Fidelity wants more, 95K offerred at .53 now. Easy to up their holdings without moving the share price.

Well Ciao, somebody, or should I say a lot of somebuddies, were really thumping it at .51 this AM. I count 118,000 shares traded at that level  on my RBC online. That of course wouldn't list all traded shares . But the selling at that level  was met by a wall of buying. I picked up another 2,600 @ .51. GLTA Fergus2

While I was watching the trading action at the .51 level I could have sworn I heard Fidelity yelling feverishly, "Fill my greedy hands."

    Volume is so low they aren't there yet. Isn't it kind of comforting to believe we now have acup of coffee for our meal, understanding there are appetizers, the main course, steak ans prawns, the desert and celebrations ahead in the near future?
