Reason for decline/Two year target

It's been a while since I've reviewed GSI... would love to hear someone summarize why they've dropped to this degree and what people's two year target is at this point.

Here are my thoughts: 1) Three straight quarters of declining revenue YoY. Might be four in a row when Q1 gets released. 2) Public schools and bussing all messed up due to covid.  If kids aren't being bussed full time, where's the urgency to buy GSI products? 3) Public transit ridership remains in the toilet. Same as above, no urge to get GSI products on-boarded until ridership
