I am sure it was your post from a few weeks ago, listing the 70 Q& A 's ,pre-requisites, and guidelines of the upcoming IT contract . --------- Remembering that when I read through it, the requirement for a permanent employee of the winning bidder to work ,''out of Septa offices'',was one of the group in that info package , and at that time, looked to be the only guideline not completed from the GSI standpoint .

The value of this contract is worth up to $9M or $1.8M per year. That is what Septa budgeted.
