Q3 and Q4 Outlook

I personally think we should have two really good quarters back to back. Here are my thoughts.

Q3:
Historically we have always seen business in Q3 at least $3 million on average. 202 was higher due to the SEPTA contract and 2019 had a bit of that as well. ($3.8 2021) ($5.5 2020) ($4.3 2019).

We know that in Q3 we signed $1 mil of Wifi contracts and a $1 mil SEPTA upgrade. So conservatively, I am thinking we will do at least $5 million in sales. This will be close to tying or potentially beating our record of $5.5 million.

Q4:
Historically we have always seen the highest revenue in Q4 and I think this year will be no exception. We average at least $5 million. ($5.2 2021) ($7.8 2020) ($5 2019).

We know that in Q4 we signed a $5 mil upgrade (to be completed by September) so most of this contract will be billed in Q4. Lets say 60% to be conservative. So $3 mil. Plus. We got National Express, but we don't know how to value this. Maybe an extra $500k at least for the quarter? This is questionable but could be much larger. We also got Alberta for 170 buses (x$4k per bus = $680k at least I think).

Therefore I am thinking we could see Q4 be the largest in history at around $9 million.

Year End:
I think by year-end, given these assumptions, we could see total revenues of $19.8 million and basically match our record in 2020. However, I am hoping these assumptions are too conservative and more of the SEPTA contract is billed, the Alberta deal is larger, and National contributes more than nothing in Q4.

I think this could end up being a good year, and we will have a good indication of such by the end of July with Q3.

Anyway, would love to hear some feedback and I trying to get the conversation flowing as I think this company is in a great spot for future growth. GLTA

Always appreciate your thoughts, they always are realistic in texture and have only two add-ons, one good and one bad. The good if understanding it correctly, is the SEPTA  12.5 million deal possibly on the docket in July, the bad is if in these deals that are being put together at an all-inclusive rate are still at full margins. It is hard for me to imagine moving the ...more
