Been supporting this deal for so long and have been loyal to a fault. So far underwater at this point, will hold till Tax Loss Selling Season and reevaluate. Our chart like so many other juniors looks horrible. I don't believe our sp today reflects the companies true value so I hold and wait for Doug to pull the rabbit out of the hat.

The essential question is:  To what extent is the  SP decline due to exogenous macro economic factors and how much can be attributed to management effectiveness? I've been a share holder for about 2 years and like most have riden a mostly downward wave.  Can anyone provide key metrics to watch as we linger in doubt?

  July 28 we find out if the US is in a technical recession.  Look for real gdp to stay positive otherwise stocks are in trouble.  Here is the thing. We've already had multiple contractions on earnings at a macro level and the next to drop could be earnings revisions.  Gatekeeper has been dropping because the economy is in bad shape right now.
