Personal degrading of ANY individual ,is not acceptable
We are all frustrated, however: If you are going to call or send off an E-mail, PLEASE ASK TECHNICAL QUESTIONS , not cheerleader questions ,like you will see on interviews . (1) Doug: You mentioned many times about observing a large sales funnel in relation to sales , please re-define what you mean, and is there a time frame ? (2) Doug: You secured 10 million in inventory ,directly to support upcomming sales. You would not have secured that inventory ,without impending large transit contract9s) in progress, could you give us a time frame ?, (3) Doug: Our sales team would seem to be hard at work taking questions from owners, and at road shows, Do they have the tools and authorizations required to land contracts ? , (4) Doug, the company has had a director opening for 6 months . Do you have anyone in mind with good contacts to the transit industry ,that could fill this position and help us out in sales guidence ?

I think there could be more fruitfull discussion re the vacant board seat. These are not salaried positions and I gather they are more invites to "come and look-see the workings of our operation." Seems like an open and transparent gesture to any entity that might have synergies that line-up with GSI. It seemed the perfect fit and result in Charlie Bruce's situation.
