Rocateq has issued a statement on the patent infringement lawsuit filed by Gatekeeper Systems Inc. This was posted two days ago.

Well, that explains the share weakness.....darn it all.  It is logical we have a good possiblity of success or GSI would not have filed a claim.  Out of court agreement would be nice.

Just to be clear, the lawsuit involves Gatekeeper Systems, Inc of Foothills Ranch, CA, not Gatekeeper Systems Inc of Abbotsford, BC. The comma makes all the difference. The suit is about grocery shopping carts, and theft prevention thereof.
