Though Cameron does not believe institutions are buying, once they do, they would be very favorable for the price action.The volume has been very encouraging since mid-April and we are getting a new base of shareholders looking up.

Institutions are sneaky, they will have already accumulated by the time you see them on BNN, that is not the recommendation stage for them but promotion stage.
