Great find, thanks for posting. SEPTA specs out GSI equipment for thier rail cars and Gatekeeper will be selling these to the successful vendors. I would believe margins would be higher when these orders are filled vs. GSI direct sales to SEPTA when they are successful in their RFP bids to SEPTA.

It's also possible Gatekeeper gets selected for the automatic passenger counting hardware requirement. Nevertheless, it's good to know additional revenue will be locked in between 2027-2031 with this new RFP. If I'm not mistaken, based on what Doug has said in past interviews, this RFP would be worth between 6-10M USD (30-40K per metro car).

"Provide an Infodev automatic passenger counting (APC) subsystem for each car." Infodev has a lock on the APC hardware as that is the preferred and selected vendor. https://www.infodev.ca/transit/automatic-passenger-counting/
