Don't forget folks

If an institution wants  a large position , this stock couple rise sharply ,triggering an exchange request for an explanation. --The institution buying will not want thier name known, so the ''tip/toe'' starts,trying to play down the activity, of course saying ,it's not known the source of the buying, Could happen, buckle up .

I have frequently heard that instirutions don't buy microcaps.  Gatekeeper as per Thomson Reuters stock report indicates zero institutional holdings. FWTW  The trading of late does indicate increasing interest however.

Most''main line''  institutions  with junior holdings (DO) require 50 mil rev, however there are many more lesser named institutions ,that are able to buy at any place they see an opportunity . . One would think  ,30 mil rev .with growth able to meet 50 mil in a short time, very minimal debt ,and highly profitable, would  get thier interest.

I believe there may be a $50M market cap requirement for the "main" line institutions.  Donville Kent owns shares in KUT and SECU and they just recently broke the $50M market cap / $50M revenue profile, but I believe they've owned them before those levels were met. Any buys by some of these nano cap fund managers will do the trick before the "main" line small cap ...more
