Question For The Board

So Cameron mentioned that he was hoping to get an interview with Doug Dyment on January 3rd or 4th / 2024. Maybe some who follows him could get him to ask Doug thes two questions, as well as I am asking the same questions to this board.

Doug has always said that he will not dilute his shareholders right, we also know that it has been mentioned several times that the company has been bidding on large contracts right. So if GateKeeper were to secure a rather large contract in the near future, how would they fund that contract? Also because GateKeeper is a small really unheard of Canadian company, how is the big player looking at GateKeepers abilities to successfully complete such a contract?

OK, I just posed those questions to Doug. The interview is still scheduled for tomorrow, Jan. 3rd, and he will post publicly on Jan. 4th on his media platforms.

SO: Tropical. Little bit different over  here at Gatekeeper , than paying debt at 8% on other equities ,''of which you know and baghold quite well''.--------  L.O.C activation here  , and debt is ZERO, on VERY (favourable terms) ,should it be required to support a large contract. --Dont forget ,''in less time than it takes  for a coffee to go cold' ...more

I'm pretty sure I remember DD saying during an interview that GSI would be able to fund any of the contracts that they are bidding on and some of them were large. Now if they got a $100m contract that might be another story. It really depends how the contract is setup. That recent contract Hayden got with LA was over a 10 year period if I remember correctly. So it was actually quite small on a ...more

I believe large contracts will be staged over mutiple years. It's usually the hardware portion of contracts that would require the most capital. If the TTC said they wanted ALE on their fleet of buses, it could be $20M (est. 2000 buses x $10K/bus) over 2 years or $10M / year. If they had multiple contracts awarded simultaneously (say LA with 2300 buses) that could be another $12M/year for a ...more
