The Washoe County School District board on June 25, 2024 granted approval for the purchase of 86 replacement school bus camera systems at $249,633.65 USD from current equipment provider GateKeeper through TIPS-USA national joinder contract. Nice find. This represents only 1/3 of the 15 year old systems that will be replaced under this contract and is worth $340K CDN. The contract shows G4 and Y38 V3 which would indicate hosted solutions and MDC's. Would these be lit in the new school year?
