Interesting how Doug said he wasn't sure how investors would react to a q3 loss which he somewhat explained here. Perhaps he should have done so in the q3 report to mitigate the drop in share price that ensued afterwards.

Serious institutional initial positions are almost always established via financings; especially in the microcap segment. Doug has made it perfectly clear that he has no intention of diluting anywhere close to the current valuation. That is unless he is forced to raise money due to a MAJOR contract and even then, there is always the debt financing option as GSI currently has no debt.

I agree Q4 numbers were released to impress someone. If an institutional investor sat in DD office and offered 65 cents he would probably say thanks but no thanks and we would hear nothing about it. I also believe if they offered $1 and DD said yes we would still hear nothing about it until it was a done deal. Signed sealed and delivered.

Omiission in last 2 lines- they don't have to announce their intentions to buy; but there’s no way they can squeeze in without it showing up in the price.

Thanks Ramman1 but your post is better. Your relentless nudging through 2 years of posts has allowed Doug to finally see the light. You've got 'im straightened out and set down for the stretch drive. Having finally seen the light he knows now there's nothin' like "that ole time Rock 'n Roll." Ha
