No matter how the CEO of any company is, in relation to comfort of releasing corporate news, there is one thing in common. ---If news is (real good), and noteworthy , every CEO of every company traded anywhere, will put out the news.---If there is no news here, ''there is not a lot to report''. ---Even on the MDC's hook-up program , of which I am positive ,the CEO here has a 10000 unit short term target. --IF: We were anywhere close to that target, news would come out , ''let me assure ya''.

If the fundamentals are that great and subscriptions for PaaS are a goldmine for recurring revenues, then this will attract outside private equity interest. Given Doug's inabilty to monetize the MDC's in any significant manner, private equity operators may take a close look at the company. Precisely  CIAO.------- On the financial side,without 9.6 mil from the Septa,spread between Q1, and Q2 ,in 2024,and the 3.4 mil contract announced in Q3, and realized in Q4, where do we retain large growth numbers into 2025. No show stoppers on the horizon. ---That being said , no debt ,no credit lines used, and 9 million in kitty.we start to look like a healthy ''holding company' ...more

And that's why the current valuation sits where it is. Investors (retail, institutions) are likely waiting for the next transit contract, or SEPTA contract, rail contract, etc. Meanwhile the company is vulnerable to an acquirer given investors are somewhat dis-illusioned with the share price. It ended at .54 last year and we are at .61 today, this is despite the forecasted pre-liminary results ...more

Well: I'd like to see $1 per share, however if an offer of .80 came (in today), I would tender my 1 %.----  Guess it shows ones level of  frustration that  reigns supreme.

Company sitting on .10 /share in cash , No debt, No credit lines activated, approx 35% growth last company year , ( and shares at  .61. ????) ----------  WOW markets ,someone offer $1 /share ,take me out , send me adrift.
